I ordered from JRM Supplies because the product page made it sound like this would fit exactly what I needed. But when it showed up, it was clearly not the same as what was described.

The sizing and details on the listing didn’t really line up, and the photos looked like a different item than the one I received. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but give me a break, it felt misleading.
Then I had to spend extra time trying to sort the whole thing out, and I still didn’t end up with what I actually wanted. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they seriously clean up their product descriptions.

The return went through okay in the end, and I did get my refund, but the whole process felt a bit slower than I expected. Maybe that’s normal, but I was kind of waiting around wondering if everything was moving along properly.

I tried ordering from jrmsupplies.com and, the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be. The site felt clunky, pages were slow to load, and the search didn’t really show what I was looking for even when I typed it in clearly.
I spent ages clicking around just trying to find basic product details, and the filters didn’t help much either. Checkout was just as confusing, and I wasn’t totally sure whether my cart had updated properly or not.

I also tried reaching out about it, but I had to chase them, which just made the experience feel even more frustrating. In the end I gave up on the order. The website really needs to be cleaner, quicker, and easier to use.

Setting up my account was easy enough, and I can usually find my orders without going on a full treasure hunt, so that’s a win. Changing my details, though, feels a bit clunky, because apparently updating basic info needs to be a mini project. Email updates also don’t always show up quickly, which is great if you enjoy guessing what’s happening. Support did fix it in the end, but it took a while. Overall, it’s not bad, it just really could be smoother if everything was easier to manage in one place.

I finally found the parts I needed in stock here, which was a relief. I kind of expected the usual runaround or someone trying to steer me toward something more expensive, but it was straightforward. Got what I came for and didn’t have to waste time.

Customer support did get back to me, but wow, it felt like time had completely stopped while I was waiting. I wouldn’t say it was a disaster or anything dramatic, because they did eventually answer my question and sort things out. It just took way longer than I expected, and I was definitely getting a little impatient. Overall, not a terrible experience, but faster updates would make a huge difference.

The stuff inside was fine, but the packaging looked really rough and was kinda crushed on one side...

To be fair, they did get back to me, so it’s not like they completely ignored me or anything, but it took longer than I thought it should. I also had to ask a second time before I got a clear answer, which was a little frustrating. The product itself was fine, so I’m not trying to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. I just think their support could be quicker and a bit more straightforward.

I got my invoice and the charge didn’t even match my actual order. I reached out to get it fixed, but I’m still waiting with no real update. what a joke.

The delivery showed up exactly as promised. Reading between the lines, I’d say they’ve got their timing well figured out, which I definitely appreciated.

I ordered a few supplies and the quality was kind of mixed. Some of the items felt sturdy enough and worked totally fine, but one pack had rough edges and just seemed cheaper than I expected, not sure how to explain it.
It wasn’t awful or anything, just not quite as good as I was hoping. I might order again if the price is right, but I’d definitely look everything over once it arrives.

I ordered a bunch of cleaning supplies in bulk, it was mostly fine. Prices seemed fair, everything was packed okay, and most of it showed up when expected. One box came late, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. Support got back to me quickly too, so... yeah, overall a decent experience
